Your listing may not upload or update on the portal for the following reasons:
- There was a problem with the information that you added from your third-party listing uploader, therefore an XML Uploads error occurred in Agent Admin.
- The listing is still in the process of being uploaded/updated.
How to check if an XML Uploads error has occurred
- Sign in to Agent Admin
- Click on XML Uploads on the left
The XML Uploads section will show you a feed of listings that we have received from your uploader, with the most recent listing at the top of the list.
Each feed that we receive will show one of the following Status:
- Skipped – An error occurred
- New – A successful upload of a new listing
- Processed – A successful update to an existing listing
- Unchanged – An existing listing which has not been altered
Note: If you do not see any recent information in XML Uploads about the property in question, please contact your uploader to confirm when they will send the listing information to us. Once we receive it, the listing should upload/update within 90 minutes.

How to resolve if there are no listing errors
If your listing status is either New, Processed or Unchanged, this indicates that there were no listing errors and we have processed the listing successfully.
If your listing is still not appearing on our website, it is likely that there has been a delay with sending us the most up-to-date listing information from your listing uploader.
Please allow up to 90 minutes for your listing to appear on our website. Once 90 minutes has past and the listing has not appeared on our website, please contact your listing uploader to see when they will send the listing information to us.
