How to add a listing
- Agencies that use a third-party listing uploader can create, edit and remove listings from this portal. Please get in touch with your listing uploader for instructions on how to do this through their system.
- Agencies that do not use a listing uploader can add a listing via Agent Admin. This requires a paid subscription to realestate.com. View Advertise with us for more information.
How to remove a listing
Agencies that use a third-party listing uploader must move listings offline through this portal because property information in your uploader overrides details entered in Agent Admin.
To change the status of a listing in Agent Admin, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to Agent Admin
- Click on Listings on the left to search for the property
- Once you locate the listing, click on the address
- Select the Listing Details tab
- Under Status, choose one of the options from the dropdown menu
- Hit Save Changes at the bottom of the page
Status changes may take up to 90 minutes to reflect on our website.
Available statuses in Agent Admin
- Active
- Under Offer (sale listings only)
- Off Market
- Deleted
- Sold/Leased
Note: Your listing uploader may use different terminology for the above statuses. E.g. They may refer to Active as Current or Off Market as Withdrawn.
Listings with a Deleted status are not visible in Agent Admin. Contact Customer Care if you need access to a listing in this status.
Property owners
If you are a property owner that would like a listing with your address removed, please contact the agency who is advertising the property. Their contact details are located on the advertisement.
Note: The Property value page is not property listings. This page is designed to give an overview of properties in Australia. All of the details published on this part of the website are publicly available. If any of the information on a Property value page is incorrect, please get in touch with Customer Care to update the information.
