Advertising established residential property

There is a lot on offer with our Residential Subscriptions. Before you submit your enquiry with our New Business team, here are a few things to take note of:

You must hold a registered real estate licence to advertise established property on the portal.
Our minimum term of contract is 12 months and we do not support one-off listings unless you have a subscription with the portal.
When submitting your request, state in the More Info section whether you plan to also advertise on realcommercial.com.au, and include the volume of commercial property that you expect to list.

Advertising Off The Plan residential property

To enquire about our Developer Subscriptions, please note:

You are not required to have a real estate licence to advertise Off The Plan property on realestate.com.au through a Developer Subscription.
Our minimum term of contract is 3 months.
When submitting your request, state in the More Info section whether you plan to also advertise on realcommercial.com.au, and include the volume of commercial property that you expect to list.
