You can pay your invoice in the following ways:

Direct Debit
You can set up or amend direct debit details (credit card or bank account) by completing the Direct Debit Request form attached at the bottom of this article.
Online
To view and pay your invoice online, click View Invoices on the monthly statement that is sent to your agency. If you do not have the statement email, you can log in to the Self Service Portal by using your account number and a current or previous invoice number.
When you are accessing the Self Service Portal, ensure that you include all parts of the invoice number and please note that the login fields for the Self Service Portal are case sensitive.
Statements are sent from invoices-noreply@group.com, however, please email accounts@group.com for assistance obtaining an invoice number.
EFT
To pay via EFT, scroll down to How to Pay at the bottom of your invoice. The bank details may be different for each REA account you have with us.
Phone
Please call our Customer Care team at 1300to be transferred to our accounts team. Ensure you have either your account number or Agency ID. The accounts team are available from 9:00am – 4:30pm.
Cheque
Cheques are payable to Pty Ltd, and you should place either your account number or invoice number on the cheque. Cheques must be sent to PO Box 3332.
